Founded by Joe Smith and Bradley Moore, Connect Premier is an independent boutique firm built on transparency, expertise, and efficiency. Joe began his career in financial services in 2016, progressing from life insurance to management before qualifying in mortgage advice in 2019. Bradley entered the industry in 2018, advising for one of the UK’s largest estate agencies before moving into senior and start-up roles, and launching his own business in 2022.
Together, they bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to providing an impeccable, stress-free service. Clients choose Connect Premier for fast, responsive advice and clear communication from start to finish. Both Joe (CII) and Bradley (LIBF) hold advanced mortgage qualifications, and as part of the Connect IFA Network, established in 1998, have access to over 170 lenders and long-standing industry relationships.
At Connect Premier, we see every client relationship as long-term. We don’t just arrange mortgages and protection policies; we guide our clients through their milestones, review their circumstances each year, and help protect their families and futures.
Outside of work, both Joe and Bradley are busy family men and proud owners of miniature dachshunds.
